Radon Testing Services

Baumgardt Home Inspection provides computerized radon testing with electronic radon monitors that record the radon concentration, temperature, relative humidity and barometric pressure at hourly intervals.

Upon completion of the test, the data is uploaded from the monitor by phone to Radalink, a leader in radon testing. The data is then reviewed for any evidence of tampering and is used to prepare a complete personalized report.

Unlike other monitors, our Radalink radon testing unit is re-calibrated annually to insure accurate testing. Baumgardt Home Inspection is certified and licenced by Radalink to provide testing using the Radalink TeleMontior.

Baumgardt Home Inspection also provides radon testing by virtue of charcoal canisters. Two devices are set out side-by-side in the home, then retrieved and sent to a laboratory for analysis.
